1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3rrrr ("3rrrr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 3rrrr website located at https://3rrrr.club and all associated services, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any mobile or desktop application made available by 3rrrr.

By accessing the 3rrrr platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3rrrr platform.

3rrrr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 3rrrr platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under international anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "Platform" means the 3rrrr website at https://3rrrr.club and all services, products, and features accessible through it.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other betting market offered on the 3rrrr platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or winnings derived from it, can be withdrawn as real money.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of the 3rrrr platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your country of residence. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3rrrr accepts players from jurisdictions where online betting and casino gaming is permitted under applicable law or where no specific prohibition applies. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 3rrrr platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3rrrr does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions and reserves the right to close any Account found to be registered from a restricted territory.

3.3 Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms or using the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 3rrrr at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3rrrr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers or winnings, and retain any balances pending further investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. 3rrrr accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 3rrrr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 3rrrr immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

3rrrr operates under international anti-money-laundering obligations and is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals. Documents typically requested include a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3rrrr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 3rrrr's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are using the USDT TRC20 option, which operates in USD equivalent.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance in real time. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one business hour subject to your bank's processing schedule. 3rrrr does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 3rrrr compliance team.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must have met their applicable Wagering Requirements before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.
• 3rrrr reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 3rrrr cashier section at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your Account verification status and history.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 3rrrr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 3rrrr system and a confirmation reference number has been issued.

6.2 Odds and Markets

3rrrr publishes odds in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. 3rrrr reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds — referred to as "palpable errors" — and any bets placed at such odds may be voided at 3rrrr's discretion.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment without a result, system errors resulting in incorrect odds, or evidence of match manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events at 3rrrr's discretion. Live odds are updated dynamically and there may be brief delays in the acceptance of in-play bets due to data feed latency. 3rrrr accepts no liability for any losses attributed to such latency.

7 Casino & Games

7.1 Game Availability

The 3rrrr Casino offers live dealer games, RNG (random number generator) table games, and a slots library. Game availability may vary based on your geographic location and Account status. 3rrrr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from its library at any time without prior notice.

7.2 RNG Certification

All RNG-based games available on the 3rrrr platform use certified random number generator engines that are independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by 3rrrr or by the Player.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professionally managed studios. 3rrrr does not operate these studios directly but contracts with licensed live game providers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, settled bets stand as confirmed. Unsettled rounds at the time of disconnection will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

7.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, display errors, or connectivity issues affecting game integrity — 3rrrr reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players. The decision of 3rrrr in such matters is final.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Promotional Offers

3rrrr offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL cricket, UFC, and other major sporting events. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time the offer is made available.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies or pattern betting may result in bonus cancellation and Account review.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

3rrrr employs systems to detect bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, and the use of automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

8.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry periods stated in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rrrr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Operating multiple Accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or being aware of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other players to defraud the Platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 3rrrr for any transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or data-mining any portion of the 3rrrr Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3rrrr staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rrrr platform — including but not limited to the 3rrrr brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 3rrrr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 3rrrr.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrrr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses attributable to interruptions in Platform availability, technical failures, or third-party service provider outages.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security or your voluntary disclosure of login credentials.
• Errors or omissions in odds, results, or game outcomes that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3rrrr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Responsible Gaming

3rrrr is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be considered a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

3rrrr provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed session time.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 3rrrr Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13.2 Termination by 3rrrr

3rrrr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a self-exclusion request, or a requirement arising from our regulatory or licensing obligations.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account at the time of termination shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to 3rrrr's right to withhold funds where termination arises from a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

3rrrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 3rrrr will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email to the address on file or via an on-Platform notification. Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published at https://3rrrr.club/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the 3rrrr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.1.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which 3rrrr holds its international gaming licence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 3rrrr, you should first contact the 3rrrr support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 3rrrr will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 3rrrr's licensing authority.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3rrrr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
